When this record first came out I was like “oh this isn’t even close to as good as the others” but now I like it a lot. It’s maybe not front-to-back incredible like Mass Romantic but I’d rate at least half the songs here with the best they’ve ever written, and “Myriad Harbour” is still my favorite Dan Bejar song out of all his bands.
